      Technology is old and slow to change....has changed with the market shift to PaaS or SaaS. Leadership is stuck in the past and just want to hold on to what they have....nothing new to sell

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
