      Senior management is just that - management, there is no leadership Organisation is very political. Your greatest chance for promotion is to do as instructed without questioning anything. They value conformity more than individual thinking.

      Nice severance packages after working for 25 years.

      Cons

      The worst, most inhumane termination process. No dignity, no respect, no explanation, no concern for you as a person, your loyalty, your dedication, or service. A waste of your time and energy.
