      Pros

      Company fosters learning and as such it is a great place to start your career. The management I spoke too was quite forthcoming, and easy going.

      Cons

      While communication between managers and employees was good it could be much better. At times I felt like I was not being used to my full potential.

      Pros

      Beautiful campus, benefits are amazing.

      Cons

      Too many “lifers” at SAS, lost touch with best practices. Promotions based on personal relationships versus truly being the best person for the job. HR seems to protect itself and has grown its kingdom. Out of touch management. IPO seems extremely unlikely.
