      Pros

      If you are lucky you will have a good manager else you will be always defending yourwork. There are some very good people but not enough

      Cons

      Extremely aggrassive abusive and hard work is not appreciated. Managers are fake and wont give honest reviews to you. They will send pseudo reviews to HR so that they get rid off you before probation...they might use you for 6 month and throw you once workloads reduces.

      Pros

      Benefits: health coverage, on-site gym, childcare, healthcare center, and more. Work-life balance: predictable hours, flexibility for parents and a culture that doesn't expect you to grind 60-hour weeks.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
