      Best job I've had and best company I've worked for. I work with great talented people and management motivate and trust people to work on the right things.

      Cons

      I cannot think of any down sides. Head hunters try to interest me in other jobs and I politely tell them to go away.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
