      Wonderful Health Benefits, Plenty of on-site perks, Relaxing environment. This is the most stress-free job I've ever had.

      Cons

      If you're a shift worker, there is not too much flexibility while you're at work.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
