      Pros

      It is a great place to work and the people are great. It has the best work-life balance in the industry. The health benefits are the best in class so if you have a family it is nice to not have to worry.

      Cons

      They pay well, but not top end for sales professionals. It is a large company so not as nimble as it needs to be to stay competitive with smaller companies.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
