      Really care about the individual, lots of opportunities to try different, interesting work, lots of room to grow, great people, cool intern events

      Cons

      Not based out of a huge city but there are offices all over the world so it balances it out

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
