      Pros

      Good work life balance. Nice campus with lots of perks. Good vacation and health benefits. Salary is competitive. Flex time.

      Cons

      If you're in an oncall rotation your work/life balance will suffer. If you work in their hosting division you will have no life. Executives are not interested in collaboration or your input. Company is privately held and the CEO is king.

      Cons

      Compensation lags the market, slow career advancement and promotions can take years. Change-resistant culture and new ideas move slowly. Leadership team manages up to just one person.
