Pros
Compensation is fair, benefits are very good. If you pick what you focus on carefully while doing enough for what's expected, you can get great visibility
Cons
The points system can be socialistic though some are being more evenhanded now in allocating. More even treatment regardless of what company you worked for when you were acquired though.
