Pros

Pros aren't really pros after a while ,lots of promises given at the start SAP's marketing is good ,internal as well as external but that's about it

Cons

Management doesn't take employees advice on how to improve internal processes which are too complicated Product support can't put up with the volume of incidents raised by the customers There is not enough transparency about the products and support during the sales process which causing disappointment and customers frustration after the implementation cycle Salary lower from other premium players in software industry Management too ignorant to develop employees and to support their progression Training of employees is week and very high level Customers frustrated with complexity and inability of SAP to keep its word given at the point of sale Canteen food is just below the average standard

Pros

The people at SAP are genuinely nice, and the culture is generally supportive. The work-life balance is good to an extent, but when you're busy, you're BUSY. SAP is highly complex so expect to take a year to ramp up.

Cons

Only way to get a high salary is if you're hired externally. They do not reward employees who are loyal to the company. Closed opportunities often have to go through the Compensation Exception Committee, creating uncertainty around earnings. Prepare for constant change, whether that's solutions being removed from your sales bag, account shifts, territory realignments, or changing compensation policies. Quotas can be difficult to attain
