      It is a very stable and growth company with good benefits such as full-paid medical insurance and Christmas party. Flexible work schedule and nice people around.

      There are so many talented professionals, you go to be smart enough to be promoted.

      Pros

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Cons

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
