      Company offers lots of great opportunities, has a very good work culture

      Cons

      There are still some lean/agile methodologies that aren't fully harnessed and are more for the show. Whilst there's some effort in leaning out every step of various processes, it's still not there yet

      Pros

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Cons

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
