      okayish companny if you want to spend few years for time pass and mundane tasks

      Cons

      very poor salary after getting in you may not get good hikes so its better to negotiate and get good salary

      Pros

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Cons

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
