Pros
WFH ability is nice, except for when new hires slack off and don't pick up the workload. Equipment that they give you is cool, until the laptops overheat. Then again, Rocket picks up IBM's Lenovo scraps. We don't get to travel much, so that's nice on not wasting time and energy that could be spent programming. Support personnel don't really understand what's going on in the code, so that gives you an edge up in gaining experience dealing with customer's, including teaching customers how to read a wiki.
Cons
They care more about inclusion and diversity than paying their employees their worth. Never take a promotion without a raise, they'll use the excuse of "title" vs what they're paying you. Also, never take your eyes off your own code, it can easily be squashed by someone else without a code review.
