      I have been working with rocket for more than 2 years. It provides very good working environment with less politics. Good salary, Get to work on latest technology (depends upon project)

      Very less HR events and activities, To much depends upon IBM technology.

      Pros

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Cons

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
