      Pros

      Open for innovative ideas and provide excellent opportunities to work on that, High Salary, Health Insurence (6) people including in-laws. Leaves, Excellent Work-life balance. Product support teams are technically very sound and it gives the product development team a free hand to push the boundaries of products, Yearly Rocket build (Hackathon).

      Cons

      Need to be in the cloud, AI, ML, and Big-data. Some progress has seen with recent acquisitions like ASG other companies.

      Pros

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Cons

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
