      High quality employees among my co-workers, all taking their jobs seriously; a lot of collaborations; a friendly atmosphere where you feel respected. Compensation and benefits are generally good.

      Growth slowed relative to ambitious plan.

      Pros

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Cons

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
