      Pros

      Rocket stays true to their values and has a positive culture. The CEO is visible in the office and transparent with the employees about the direction of the company. Rocket has gone through many changes in the past few years but all for positive growth. Great company to work for!

      Pros

      Depends on which team you join. Some teams are well organized, have proper planning, and have realistic goals. However, I was switched to a different team that was absolutely disorganized. Managers had no idea what they wanted.

      Cons

      Low pay in the industry, and it is not well-organized.
