Pros
3 days home office per week, benefits like Szép-card (~31k net), Medicover (Medical) Insurance, good work environment and also mostly good community. Many chances to improve yourself even in different fields.
Cons
Unfortunately lately they have been more strict. It was one day per office previously, now they raised it to 2, also the communication from the higher lvl of leaders are getting worse towards to the employees.
