Pros
Global company with deep pockets and some very smart people in R&D. Most people I worked with were pleasant and wanted to do the right thing. Decent benefits. Mostly a secure place.
Cons
Global company takes forever to make a decision. Layer upon layer or bureaucracy, red tape, and politics. Too many slogans and cheer leading sessions and not enough of management taking action on employees' requests.
