      Pros

      Great benefits Great pay for the cost of living of the area Good work/life balance (this is direct manager dependant, however) Decent opportunity for career advancement

      Cons

      Poor mid to upper management (never get the feeling they are being up-front and honest, merely a speaker phone to their managers) Inter-office politics are extremely bad Poor structure of management (ie one person responsible for projects, but not a direct manager of the employees working on the project) leads to inefficient decision making and accountablility

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Cons

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
