      Very performance oriented and transparent organisation. Excellent long-term benefits and growth opportunities.

      Cons

      Some time the organisation is very unforgiving for employees who under performed. There needs to be more compassion and desire to give such people another chance.

      Pros

      The benefits are great and the pay is better than most.

      Cons

      They care more about forcing efficiency measures than solving root problems. They want to enact "morale boost" events but refuse to ask why we were unhappy. This year they decided to devalue our pay and our efforts by giving everyone a static 2% raise
