      Financial situation of the company. Salaries and compensation

      Full of duplicities and with no opportunities to grow, due to the fact they adquire several companies and startups every year and they need to allocate C-level people in the company. everybody leads, but no one has responsabilities and duties. Decision is done from the very top and there many directors in many divisions and middle managers.

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Cons

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
