Pros
Great work environment. Colleagues are really nice and friendly. People can learn a lot of things regarding to Clinical trial. There are plenty of training for new employee, which are really helpful.
Cons
Need handle multiple projects in the same time, so it will be a little stressful sometimes. The responsibility is overlap between some department, so it may lead some confusing.
