Great work environment, emphasis on good leadership, focus on developing staff, really smart people
Cons
Roche failed to invest sufficiently or understand this fast growing market, so they failed to use the talent present to develop another technology to keep them in the game. 2014 they will turn off the lights and start over in SF.
