      The Swiss company principles are very good.

      Cons

      In Sant Cugat Software Development area the intermediate management layers kill everything good about corporate values because they only want to protect their seats and fat salaries. Young people, apprentices, without experience are pulled in to cover new positions and get sucked into the corrupted culture that sustains 10+ years of the senior managers.

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Cons

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
