Roche is a family oriented company. I have a work/life balance and my hours are flexible. There are many career opportunities available for employees to move into to gain more knowledge and skills.
Cons
There is a lot of movement in management due to the multitude of career opportunities. It is hard to work on your on career development when you don't have a manager to talk to regarding what you want to do and how to get there.
