Pros
Excelent work environment, flexibility, 2 days in the office, multiple sports club, great teams and they respect your schedule. It is also an amazing opportunity to get comfortable with dealing with clients and teams in multiple locations.
Cons
The team prioritizes external hiring for career progression and there is no clear path to grow from specialist positions, the years required to become a senior change according to the line manager. The roles then become a sort of limbo that is difficult to scape and the skills you gain every year are the same. Bear in mind this is a Services and Solutions division so the role might have less application of standard market skills.
