      Pros

      This was only the preliminary interview but on the second they would have invited candidates over to the office, which always shows great transparency

      Cons

      The recruitment agency between the candidates and the company was very confused about the requirements and duties of the job position - the description listed certain points that weren't eventually mentioned in the first interview.

      - rude - the workers there are like forty years old crying about a non-commission sale to a 16 year old
