Pros
•You do get to work with some amazing people who support you, especially when work can get a bit stressful •From a business point of view, you get to learn about KPIs, how to sell better •B Corp certified so they are good with employees •Recent upper management were really supportive
Cons
•Although you get to work with some amazing people, you also get bullies unfortunately •So much gossip, if there is a problem with someone, they won't approach the problem with said person, but treat it as drama •Had a few issues with a colleague, not just with myself but with other people. We even had customer complaints about this person but nothing was done about it •I felt like with some minor mistakes I've made, they were more magnified than the good I was doing •I didn't feel supported, often felt bullied, burnt out, neglected and stressed •Very high targets, when not being able to achieve, would make everyone feel bad
