      very toxic environment - Assistant Manager Rituals Employee Review

      Pros

      employee discounts, nothing else people from head office feels superior and above others

      Cons

      When I was working here, my supervisor moved the start time earlier to 8 AM. I thought we were supposed to be a supermarket, yet she would still be late when she had the early shift. One time, she even seemed to be hungover. She is also racist, but HR does nothing about it, claiming there's no evidence. The entire management team is skilled at twisting the truth.

      - rude - the workers there are like forty years old crying about a non-commission sale to a 16 year old
