      Pros

      Lucky to have had a great team. Made some life long friends with colleagues. Gained experience that has helped me in later jobs.

      Cons

      You always have to do more than your job description without reward. Senior management and head office do not view employees as people, only money making robots. Hard work does not get you promotions, there is favouritism among senior managers. Managers display a major lack of empathy for employees who are experiencing difficulty in their work or personal lives.

      - rude - the workers there are like forty years old crying about a non-commission sale to a 16 year old
