Pros
Job, work, people. Customers were nice. High rivalry with other companies in the industry.
Cons
No clear path within the company. No training on products. Therefore it seems strategy is to hire low paid employees, then wait until you leave the company 1-3 years later to re-hire someone else for same salary, thus no increasing costs and no looking for retaining people.
