Pros

Complete benefits package, large organization with room to move and grow from, employee recognition practices in place when people use them, trying to genuinely improve anything not working.

Cons

Much in flux with IKON merger. Many employees hostile towards each other due to merger as IKON has sound business billing systems and practices and Ricoh has not performed well at times in their billing but Ricoh has sound manufacturing practices in which IKON didn't possess. There is a strong sense of pride on both sides and many have to break down the barriers and realize that they are now 1 company with much to offer if all work together. Many Ricoh legacy personnel still haven't gotten over the Lanier and Savin mergers so adding IKON to the mix where IKON's Oracle system is newer with more updates just adds more fuel to those out there still hostile to the merge. Communication from senior management to employees about what is up and coming would also be helpful. Employees were laid off in some areas where others working in the same locations weren't even told about it and found out from other employees instead of any formal Corporate communication. Salaries are a little low compared to other businesses in the area for like positions which results in turnover in core positions. I would like to add that this all is my personal opinion only.

Pros

Creative Services team in North America is led by an absolutely stellar Brand Director, with a fantastic team that continues to smash it. The wider business and fellow employees have always been genuinely kind, and the office environment is very friendly as well.

Cons

I truly can't think of any! The team and atmosphere is great!

Pros

• Decent pay • Great benifits • Car allowance/reimbursement for a personal vehicle and depreciation • The ability to travel and build relationships with customers • Learning mechanical and electrical skills • Independence and teamwork

Cons

• They just started enforcing the new commute policy which requires technicians to now give the company an hour of their time to and from work, if the customer is that distance away from their home at the beginning or end of day. Ultimately stealing up to 2 hours from the technician every single day and effectively punishing you for living so far away from a customer site. • Always coming with new ways to screw over technicians. They also just implemented new metrics that contribute to or take away from your bonus. • Sales reps usually always get the wrong equipment delivered to a customer and you have to be the one to deal with a screwed up mess • Lack of communication between sales/deliveries/management
