* The worst work culture I have experienced or heard of.
* Terrible work life balance, you are expected to work long hours to deliver in improbable timelines set by managers.
* Absolute lack of planning on the company level - as an individual, you are given a project that naturally requires you to collaborate with others (get their feedback/approval/code review etc). However, everyone else in the company is overworked and do not have time for you (nor were they told in advance they will need to work with you). It is then your job to harass others into sparing their time.
* Gaslighting by management - during my exit interview, upper management tried to convince me that the reason for my quitting is not the problems I described about the company, but rather my suboptimal onboarding experience.
* Extremely high attrition - naturally, most people do not want to stay here. Management seems happy to continue looking for people that don't mind these work conditions instead of improving anything.
* Complete lack of diversity - the company culture is actively hostile to anyone who is interested in life outside of work and doesn't have a stay-at-home partner to support their overly long work hours + stress.
