      Pros

      Very data driven, critical thinking in play. People will often ask for data, and data is often available or can me made available. Issues do not rot. Expect a problem to be solved within the week.

      Cons

      Too KPI driven, which might lead to suboptimal decisions and conflict because everyone is focusing only on their KPIs for the next review (3 month cycles). Onboarding for new joiners depends 100% on the existence of a buddy an it's personal commitment.

      + Everyone knows Revolut - easier conversations. + Product is top tier. + Good benefits. + Good on your resume.

      Cons

      - Poor sales leadership - for a company so successful, very shocked at the low calibre of talent in senior sales roles. But product is so strong and they are not measured on employee retention so impossible for them to fail. - Tech stack minimal. - Large elements of favouritism.
