Pros

Work from home Flexible hours Ok salary

Cons

Poor management, you will be thrown from project to project to fulfill nonsensical KPI Chaos and extremely high employees turnover. For the 1.5 years I used to work with 6 different line managers Low job security. You may get kicked out every quarter because your line manager simply doesn’t like you/doesn’t manage people properly Low-Technical tasks and a lot of bureaucracy. Vast majority of engineers work on boring copy-paste based tasks 99% of their time. Code review takes a ridiculous amount of time so be prepared to stay blocked for several days. A lot of internal solutions not used outside. The experience you get at Revolut when working with their internal frameworks might be difficult to sell to the outside. No transparency, hidden “Game Rules” and PIP culture. Performance committee may place on PIP because of things you never know. Some people were PIPed because they just work normally.

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Pros

Highly challenging culture that values your work

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
