Pros

You are able to have wide range of responsibilities, which could be very useful for your professional growth; You will not get bored, challenges will catch you on a daily basis; Great company if you are workaholic and want to make a career; Paid sick leave days (30 days per year) - company compensates the difference between the amount of compensation paid by SODRA and the salary.

Cons

Very small teams with way too much responsibilities, thus in case of any team member gets sick or go on holidays, others should work much more including overtime which is not paid separately; Push culture, big ambitions with very limited resources (technical and human) to achieve it on planned deadlines; Quarterly performance reviews with strictly followed quarterly KPIs, which are not set in a perfect way and thus leads competition between employees; The amount of best ratings for employees are limited which indirectly encourages competition among members of the same team; Declared values do not match with the actual ones.

Hi! Thank you for your review! Revolut is a fast-growing and exciting business. We've achieved a lot in a very short time, and this ambitious, dynamic environment can be challenging sometimes. We believe that having clear performance expectations helps us all focus on the same objectives and enables us to provide support where it's needed. Key performance indicators (KPIs) are discussed and agreed upon between managers and employees to ensure we’re all on the same page. We encourage open dialogue to address any concerns or discuss workloads, as maintaining a healthy work-life balance is important to us. Please feel free to reach out to your manager to discuss your specific situation, and explore ways to better support you. Kind regards!

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Highly challenging culture that values your work

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
