Revolut has grown hugely, from a small start-up to a global business and our ambitions bring our people lots of opportunities.
We work hard - and fast - to achieve our goals and most of us find that exciting, energising and a lot of fun.
We know our goals can demand a lot - but we never want this to have a negative impact on our employees. But we accept that the pace at Revolut might not be right for everyone.
