Pros

- Decent pay compared to other similar roles.

Cons

- Top-down culture - Micromanagement is openly encouraged by the CEO. - Micromanagement in long run killed creativity as it has the opposite effect with bright talent. - Designers are afraid of speaking up in product reviews even when they get stupid feedback from senior management. It seems like the company hired top talent and ruined their craftsmanship. - Feedback is often given in a demeaning and unprofessional way. Senior management really needs to grow up. - Too many hands spoil the broth.

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Pros

Highly challenging culture that values your work

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
