Pros

You learn a lot, but your opinion won’t be valued.

Cons

Literally everything. Supervisors have no idea what they’re doing, and the CEO encourages micromanaging. They claim to encourage innovation, but if you disagree with the CEOs ideas you’ll most likely be fired. I’ve never seen so much turnover in one company in my life. The misogyny is strong here as well. Higher up employees frequently act inappropriately and there is no repercussion. I am pretty sure the positive reviews are all from executive management.

We take every review seriously, and would have appreciated the opportunity to investigate some of the issues you raised. Revolut has grown tremendously in a short period and we're still learning together. We are hugely focused on creating outstanding products for our customers and that demands real attention, right from the top, which many people value and find exciting. We're very clear that success only comes from treating all our Revoluters with respect and supporting them to achieve their best. We won't tolerate any form of discrimination and we're sorry if you found behaviour that didn't live up to our values. We are sorry it didn't work out for you and wish you well in your new role.

Pros

Working at Revolut was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career. Every day brought something new to learn, and I was trusted with meaningful work from the beginning. The pace is fast, but that's exactly what helped me develop my analytical thinking, decision-making, and financial crime investigation skills. I genuinely enjoyed working with my team, they were approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when needed. If you're someone who enjoys solving complex problems, taking ownership, and continuously learning, you'll appreciate the culture here. Looking back, I'm grateful for everything I learned during my time at Revolut.

Cons

The probation period can be quite challenging because the expectations are high from the start. There is a lot to learn in a relatively short period, and it can feel a little overwhelming initially. That said, once you adapt to the pace and understand the processes, it becomes much more manageable and rewarding.

Pros

Highly challenging culture that values your work

Cons

Not for everyone. There is a high bar in performance and all are expected to excel at work.
