You raise some important points that we’d like to address, but we also ask that as a current employee, you escalate your concerns internally.
We take mental health very seriously and have several measures to support this. Behind our wellness bot is an array of content designed to help you. Please do discuss your concerns with HR, who are there to help.
Our leadership does indeed want to hire and cultivate A players on our teams - and we emphasise that in our recruitment and sometimes at Town Halls. That enthusiasm isn’t and shouldn’t be interpreted as a threat. We want to manage performance and achievement positively and to give everyone in Revolut the best possible opportunity to succeed. We’re sorry if you have felt unsupported, and ask that you speak to HR or your manager to address this.
We continuously review our KPI process. If you are concerned with yours please do discuss what is realistic with your line manager and functional manager. Having a functional manager should provide more support in helping set challenging but achievable goals.
You offer some really constructive criticism which we appreciate and will pass on. We hope that your experience at Revolut improves and that you will be able to stay with us for the foreseeable future, it’s great to see that you’re keen on the people and the product.
