      Some great people work here who should leave and get something better

      Cons

      It was not great as RSRUK, but now that it is all Repsol it is a horrible. Arrogant rude, management. No commitment to work plans, so people do not know where they stand. Steer well clear of this lot.

      - Supportive & respectful colleagues. - Positive atmosphere throughout office. - Management team is understanding and they have a good balance with autonomy & also providing adequate support. - Diverse and inclusive.
