Pros
I think the biggest pro here would be the team environment. The team I worked on was really close, despite most of us working remotely most of the time. We genuinely enjoyed sharing time together as well as ideas. I always felt supported by my manager as well.
Cons
I think Red Points is a great company, but perhaps needs to do a bit of introspective work to see where things are stagnant. There are departments that are run very poorly and when they have to interact with other departments it makes work very difficult. Those other departments end up just trying to find a way around working with them because it's so difficult to get them to move quickly and efficiently. It doesn't speak well of the overall company culture that the attitude is: find a way around. Rather than: fix what is broken.
