      Pros

      international workforce. English is spoken. Nice office. strong business cases.

      Cons

      its a one man show. most executives are just there to ask Mickey what to do... 5 days work from office with very strong enforcement. Offices are packed and noisy with a bit of a kindergarden attitude. very low support of working mothers and employees who can not come to office frequently.

      Pros

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Cons

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
