      Good benefits if working at Tokyo HQ: - Free food at Cafe (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) including Vegetarian and Halal options - Facilities like Hair Saloon, Gym, Dry Cleaning available on charge basis - No language issues, working language is English at least for DU (Development Units)

      Cons

      - Low compensation package - No flex time - Low annual paid holidays - No sick leave - Low/zero growth opportunity

      Pros

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Cons

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
