      Excuse to use English and not Japanese in the office Free lunch

      Mid management has no idea what the goal of the team or the company besides making more money Everything is top down. Forget about innovation. Work load is not evenly distributed within the team. Weekly morning meeting to listen to CEO bragging

      Pros

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
