      Great benefits and perks. Everyone enjoys working together as a team and you truly feel a part of a team. I feel like my voice is heard when there are issues that need to be taken care of.

      Workload varies based on time of year and sometimes things get lost in translation.

      Pros

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Cons

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
