      Pros

      Lots of perks, catered food, games available to play. Good benefits, generous paid time off, great insurance and benefit packages.

      Cons

      Slightly cramped working space, lack of parking spaces, limited upward mobility in terms of a career. Doesn't appear to be much promotion from within.

      Pros

      Rakuten Rewards has great life balance. Too bad the economy was getting rocked.

      Cons

      Don't really have any cons. I understand that the market's been hard so had to downsize the force, so that was kinda challenging. Hopefully AI will increase everyone's output.
